  1. Hi everyone, this is our second week in the Couch to 5K program. This is designed to be a 9 week program, but you can repeat weeks (as I will be doing) until you are comfortable moving on. However, you are not supposed to skip weeks. It has been strongly suggested by trainers and runners alike to NOT run on consecutive days. More information can be found here: Cool Running :: The Couch-to-5K Running Plan Attached are the first and second weeks in detail Anyone is free to join, no matter where we are!! This is the place to check in and support with each other and see how it is going. What week are you doing? How is it going for you? Is it too difficult / too easy? Any comments?? Good luck everyone!

    Bodybugg users report here!

Juli, great to see you are getting one! i LOVE my bugg. Juli & jowjow, i wear mine from the minute i step out of bed until i go to sleep at night. i put it on my night table so i can easily grab it. it is not waterproof so dont wear it bath/shower or swimming, but after i shower/lotion, it goes right back on. there have been times i wore it during sex and it was kind of interesting, but DH kinda looked at me like i was crazy and i think it was kind of a turn off for him, so i dont wear it anymore. i hope you love your bugg as much as i love mine!
  23. it is a premix can. the only place i get it is from Amazon. they also have a mocha that is really quite good, but i prefer the caramel.
