  1. Couch to 5K - Week of 18 – 24 November Hi everyone, this is our sixth week in the Couch to 5K program. This is designed to be a 9 week program, but you can repeat weeks (as I will be doing) until you are comfortable moving on. However, you are not supposed to skip weeks. It has been strongly suggested by trainers and runners alike to NOT run on consecutive days. More information can be found here: Cool Running :: The Couch-to-5K Running Plan Attached are the first thru sixth weeks in detail Anyone is free to join, no matter where we are!! This is the place to check in and support with each other and see how it is going. What week are you doing? How is it going for you? Is it too difficult / too easy? Any comments?? Good luck everyone!

    Changing beliefs to fit behaviors

transformer - they will come back here and bitch that they've slipped but they will reason that it wasn't because they ate steak 4 days post op, it will somehow be the MD's fault. wasa - I completely agree. it gets so frustrating that these adults are just refusing to take care of themselves. I mean damn people, you are not going to 'starve to death' on liquids if you are doing them properly with concentrating in Protein (or even if you aren't concerned with the protein) everyone who has posted has made fabulous points, I'm just on my iPhone right now, can't sleep, and too tired to use multi quote and this keyboard.
  5. PJ80 you may want to check out the complications page. however I really dont think many will actually come out and say "yup, I'm a dumb@$$ and ate steak on my 4th day post op, I've slipped"
