  2. LMAO Julie ... The twins .. hope you have a happy meeting ... i am so proud of you. you know what an inspiration you are to me (and others) and you have gone through so much! i applaud you for all your effort and hard work and the pain you are going through right now seems to be a small (ha) sacrifice to pay for how incredibly hot(ter - you are already there!) you are going to be!

i, too, love my bugg... i ran out of the house this morning and **gasp** forgot to put her on. that's the first time that's happened in ages! i burn the most calories when i am running. my 'max burn' was just under 17 cals a minute, normal is between 15.7 & 16.5 step classes for me burn about 12-13, but i dont give it my all cause im a klutz and need to be careful. i agree with Tulip, intervals are the best at keeping the calories burning!

    losingjusme goes for plastics

thanks for the support, guys. Julie - i really want the LP port, but i want to talk to the surgeon and make absolute sure he is comfortable placing it. he is a general surgeon as well as plastics, so it should be OK, but im a skeptic i guess... Karey - i owe you a PM, i know ... i am having the full blown TT with muscle repair. IF i can drop these 20 pounds, i will hopefully be within 15-20 pounds of my initial goal weight after the TT. i went with the Doc who i was most comfortable with ... both the doctor and the office staff. not sure how im going to drop these 20 pounds (18 now).... i may low carb for awhile, but who knows???

sweethot, what are you eating? lots of protein and a tad fat (fat keeps your hunger satisfied longer than even carbs).

    Biggest Loser

Tomecia, i think once a skin has stretched to the point most of ours has, it's pretty much a lost cause. especially if there are stretch marks involved. unfortunately...

Marimaru took the words right out of my mouth. i used to eat crap so my skin was crap, now that i eat better, it is MUCH better.

The scales are going UP again!! *cries*

first of all, i agree with Bert. the post op diet is there for a reason - to anchor your band on your stomach and form the scar tissue... last time i checked, chicken wings were not liquid nor mushie ... my advice - stay off the scale. i know easier said than done, but do it ... just KNOW that you are doing all you can be doing right now.
