  6. wooo hooo Georgia!! ok, i really want to try these stuffed chicken... can you fix them from frozen state or do they have to be thawed? if frozen OK, i want them tonight (how long about an hour maybe???) they look great!

    cerrin, keep doing what you are doing. sounds about what i was doing when i weighed the same. movement is good. when you shed another 30-50 pounds, try a class if you are comfortable. maybe talk to the instructor before hand. that's what i did with my first step class. i went a little early and chatted with the instructor. what i did was kept moving. even if i couldnt do all the fancy stepping, i moved ... either marching in place or just stepping up and down on the step. you are doing great!!!

    well im sick with upper respiratory issues. my doctor said no exercise for today and tomorrow at least. so much for a recommittment... :frown:

    now that i look at my post about consistency, i can see how i can be misunderstood. i meant consistently moving your body, not consistently doing the same thing over and over. consistently getting off your couch and moving yer toushie... :frown:

  18. georgia, those look yummie! the damage is definitely visable. dented and paint is now chipping. there is a slight red tint there so you can tell something red (ahem, target cart) hit it.. im just really ticked.

  20. yeah, i know Georgia. im just really stressed right now i guess. went to target on my lunch to get some ham and cream cheese for lunch. well it is REALLY REALLY (REALLY) windy here - enough to knock out power... in the parking lot one of those HUGE Target carts (the one with the double kid's seat) slams into the back of my car at about 40 MPH.... sooo frustrated and pissed at Target management. "We'll take a report, but nothing will come of it". we pretty much shop exclusively at Target ... if they do nothing, that will change.

    Karey - i can relate and i'd love to get the girls done as well, but i want to hit goal and maintain for a bit for them. Tami - that does sound like a great LC snack (errr, meal :rolleyes2:) my restriction is so wonky lately... some days i can eat some days, not so much. Atkins works best for me if i can get over 900 cals in me ... restricted days, that's not too easy.

    yup, going to try to post daily what i do and what i plan on doing. i was wiped last night after 45 mins... i had been lazy lately, running a mile on the tmill and then stopping (no more than 13-14 mins cardio) .... not a good thing. great job on your running!! :rolleyes2:
