sorry you're having PB issues, when you PB, its best to go on liquids for at least 18-24 hours afterwards..

i gurgle all the time. mostly while drinking though. it doesnt necessarily mean you are too tight. if you were too tight, you wouldnt be able to eat or possibly even drink without PB'ing. just a fact of life that i've learned to deal with. -

you may just be too restricted in the mornings. when i was at my sweet spot (had to get unfilled due to upcoming surgery), i was liquids only until at least 10am. -

no need for an unfill if you fly. some people do get tighter when they fly, but its usually very temporary.
