Hello, I also have BCBS TX and will have my 5th medically supervised nutritionist appointment next week. I was wondering if BCBS TX approved you. I hope they did. How long did it take to receive a response, once you paperwork was submitted? How long did it take to get a surgery date? When was your surgery date?
