cheers bobo that means a lot from sumone how's been there and lost loads yourself I was 26 stone before I went on my post op diet I'm now 20 really if I lost another 5 stone to bring me down to 15 that would be good for me -

hi all i havent posted much just a couple of times just thought i would let everyone know how im getting on i was banded on the 26 march 2010 and today im officaly 6 stone lighter i never in my wildest dreams thought i could lose so much in such a short space of time the last time i posted i was 3 stone lighter without exercise now i have added exercise it going faster than ever so anyone thinking of getting a band and having secon thoughts i say if its right for you go for it its the best thing i have ever done:thumbup: regards garry -

Hi kerry I got 4.5 in a 12 ml band I don't have much restriction I'm just sticking with my proiten shakes and a small meal at night I did get something stuck the other night and it wasn't pleasnt I decided to go with wls group for my fills they offer great package deals unlimited fills for 6 months for 350 -

fell great the fill deffenetly helps iv got my second fill on the 18th may cant wait iv lost 3 and a half stone in 6 weeks so somethings defenetly working hows your portion size going before my fill i was eating normal size and now i can hardly eat anything its great -

glad to hear your doin chrissy how was the fill was it sore i spoke to wls group today and they have a place in sheffiled im going down on wednesday long way to go for a bit of salty water i know -
hi mate iv never spoke to you before was talking to bobobaldy he said you use dr chris depeze for your fills have you got any idea when hes in glasgow next as i was due my first fill with chris de byrne tomorow but hes cancelled due to the flight situation at the momment so i will have to wait another 4 weeks any info would be a great help kind regards garry mchugh
