Thanks for all of your help. My liquid diet will be for two weeks I have alist of foods i can use. So I think it would be any combination equaling 4 oz per meal. Did you take the protein shakes for snacks? Are you drinking 6 -, 8 oz glasses of liquid. water , crystal light etc. Do the protein shakes count as your liquid . Did you drink the protein shakes before surgery and did you start your vitamins . I am getting nervous and have everything about post op written down but pre op diet is very vague. Im also very excited. I want to feel better without this weight on me.
