Hi all,
I'm on day 15 of a 21 day Protein shake diet and Water only. It's been hard and yes, I've cheated, mainly because I crave salty food. I've had a few olives and pickles...Oh, and on my b-day, I even treated myself with chicken noodle soup (the "no chicken" high in salt kind) and I felt much better after. I feel guilty when I cheat but if my body craves something, it must be because it needs it... Right?
My surgery is on April 1st (no joke !) and I'm sooooooo anxious !
