No problem! In the morning I eat All Bran with Splenda and skim milk. For lunch I usually have a salad with some kind of protein with the dressing on the side. I just dip my fork in the dressing and use an incredibly small amount. For dinner I will eat a chicken breast and veggies or maybe very lean ground turkey with no sugar added pasta sauce with veggies. For a snack I like to eat the 94% fat free popcorn (usually they suggest waiting to eat popcorn until you are 6 months out) or string cheese. Greek yogurt is a wonderful snack or breakfast because you can find kinds that are fat free and just packed with protein. I really do eat a large variety of foods but those are my staples!
