Congrats to everyone who's had their surgery & good luck to all of you scheduled this month. Had my surgery on the 1st & feeling really well. Still on clear liquids, but already walking about a mile & a half in the mornings. No "Speed Racer" here but getting it done. It definitely helps with the gas & bloating. Incisions are starting to look like they're healing, just every once in a while it feels like I get my port hung on a rib. Wow! That smarts! Love having an outlet to voice concerns and triumphs with others experiencing the same. -
Hi, just wanted to say hello and wish you well in your surgery on April 01st. I start my Pre-Op then, and have my band on June 21st. Will be thinking of you, and keeping you in my prayers. All the best! Dee

Has anyone gone to mexico for lap-band?

Headed to Mexico March 31st, Dr. Ortiz will be doing the procedure. I know 3 others personally that have had their procedure done there and are happier than ever about the experience. -
