Hello All. I began my journey to have surgery in March '10 I was denied by BCBS because I have no medical conditions and a exclusion. I have self-pay surgery scheduled for July 13th. I will begin my Liquid "Protein" Diet on Tuesday for 2 weeks. I can not wait I need to loose about 80 pds. I see many people that have lost that+ more and some that haven't I just can't wait to see how my body reacts to it. Hopefully I can get to my goal of 120pds!! -

Ok I am about to have surgery on July 27th and I really want to be able to drop it like you have! What did you do were you in the gym constantly or is there certain things that can help me because if i lose 70 pounds in nine months I will be at my goal weight!! Thanks! -

You are amazing. I am hoping to have my surgery in July I am self pay so just as soon as I get the money! I hope I do as good as you. I need to lose 90 pds max and min 60. I am truly so excited to start the journey!!! -

New Years' Eve... Down 40lbs but that is partially my fault. If i would follow my diet the way i'm supposed to, i'm sure i would be almost done with my weight loss. 204lbs
