after 20 years of yo yo dieting i woke up one morning and decided enough is enough. my kids are now 17,17,19 so after a long time i have decided it is time to do something for myself. i really want to do this i am not nervous i am exited. i have been for my first appointment and are booked in for my pre op and pre op tests and my surgery date is booked for april 2010. i have to admit i am a bit nervous about the food part afterwards i am scared im going to eat something wrong and get something stuck which is what the dr warned me about . that is my only concern really other wise i am looking forward to it. this will be a new start for me!
