its ok I have had mine a year now. To tell u the truth I have just start to lose I Had surgery in July 09' and I have only lost 54 pds. it's ok the last fill for me was the trick I'm at 9.5cc in a 13.cc band

hey, I have been working out since Monday and I am finally seeing the weight move I have lost 3 pounds in two days I think I was being lazy. Like I said I only lost 30 I hope by June I will lose another 20 to 30 for my birthday. This has really motivated me!!!! Keep in contact please.

I'm with you I had lap band 7/14/09 and I lost 20 pounds on my own before and maybe 25 after and its hard. I'm staying on track this time I'm willing to support you and we can do this together. GOOD LUCK! -
I was banded in July and I have only lost 34 pounds. You are doing great some ppl lose faster so just be patience I believe it will turn around.... 'm going get a fill in a week so the TURN AROUND will happen for me as well....

I was banded 07-14-2009 it seems like I'm in band hell.....The weight just is not moving enough for me I think I have lose 30 pounds since then ...i REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO ANY IDEAS.....

I am finally losing weight again, I just have to really track ever single little thing I eat and stay around 1200 calories a day, I have started to move my body more - little walking when I can on work breaks helps.
