Hello, im here to get help and guidance . you hear the stories and see the results and like everything else its easier on paper. i'm in the pre op month now , with a closer date if there is a cancellation, but i have heard that really doesn't happen, so the count down has begun. i'm sampling the liquid diet now , dreading the actual time so i do,nt want it to sneak up on me. i hopping that if i can come up with recipes and ideas that actually taste good it will be much easier.
