My doctor was going to push for 5weeks post op for the first fill, but I'm going away with some girlfriends for the weekend. I didn't want to do the fill and be out of town. we are renting a house and will be able to prepare some meal and they've all been so supportive. SO I will have my first fill the day after I get back to NY so I'll have to be good. At first I wasn't good with exercise but as the weight comes off I want to workout more. It's a great thing to finally see results. And the truth is I do feel some restriction so I'm hoping I won't need much of a fill.
