Wow !!! U look incredible. !!!!!

Starting wt: 415 Current wt: 345 Ht : 6'4" I lose really fast then stall. Really fast then stall ,,, never ending battle lol. Now that i quit gagging down the shakes and went to Protein bars ,, I've gotten more consistent.

I couldn't stomache any of them but the flinstone children's vitamins. My Dr told me I could quit taking them if they were making me sick. But he did tell me it was a must for white females and black males. ( didn't ask why )

With ANY product u put on the market where u do indeed make money ( they didn't design the band to help us , if it wasn't profitable , there wouldn't be a band) u can be held liable for the product not being what you say it is when you sell ....... If I had half the problems out of any car that I have bought. .......... I would of already set fire to the dealership. Lol. Wayyyyyyyy to much money and time wasted on the lap band while the industry was making money hand over fist. Yes ,,,,,,,,, yes I would join a joint venture action against them. That's what it might take to keep people from being fooled by the dr's into putting this in there body, just to find out its a horse **** of a deal. ( do I sound angry ,,,??? I feel like I'm coming off angry. Lol)

I have had the same problems with the protein ,,,, my dr put me on the protein bars today to help with energy.

I've stalled twice since I stopped the protein shakes. I absolutely hate them tho. I'm going to try the mint ones when I get home. I heard there a game changer. Lol

I think the longer u give your body to recover the less chance u will have to encounter a leak. If u can do two weeks clear liquid , then I would ..

I just had a Lapland /sleeve revision. Please do some research, the band is in no way a long term fix to obesity . It's not even a short term fix. For me and a lot others , it was a complete waste of time , money , and hope.

I was sleeved may 14th. I'm down 50 since 2week preop and 30 lbs since surgery . Had a two week stall When I got past clear liquid stage, but the weight is starting to fall off at a pretty rapid rate since.

Prolly your fault for making him go to Walmart. It might take weeks to months for him to get over that trauma !! Lol.

How long did u guys wait before going back to the course. Tuesday ill be starting my 6th week post opp

I get those children's on the go packets. It's probably a a large tablespoon. My nut wants me to put it on a saltine , Usually not enough room for that ....

My doctor said just try and wait till your out of the hospital bed ,,,, lol. He said just lay off the whips n chains for a couple weeks.

Don't sweat it. I lost 45 lbs first 2 weeks ,,,, then the stall hit. I gained 1 lb in two weeks. This week it finally broke and I've lost 6 lbs in 3 days. I was starting to panic too, just give it time and you will start losing.

My nut says u can on week 3 I've been eating it for a week with no problems.

On day four I started running a 102 fever ... I thought I might have an infection but it turned out I got dehydrated. Sounds like that's what u got going on. U might need to make trip to the ER to get an IV to get some fluid in you.

About day 16 or 17 I started to drink fluids more normally. Thank goodness cuz it was driving me crazy.

My dr said when ever I was ready to go ahead ,,,,he also said don't be hanging from the ceiling , but sex was fine. I think I made it 3-4 days
