Changing4Better

I had my surgery a week and day go as of today. My hardest thing to get in is my Protein Drinks right now. I hear that the Protein is what will help with the weight lost and the elactisity of my skin. I have lost 28 lbs since 2/25 and I am excited. I don't want the weight loss to stop or slow down.
