I'm ok....in Bandster hell. I'm back to foods and back on my low carb, high protein diet. But I have no restriction...I really miss my swollen stomach restriction from surgery. I get my 1st fill on the 24th and I'm looking forward to it. I haven't lost any more weight, but haven't gained any either so I guess that's good. I'll be thinking of you Tuesday and sending good vibes your way.

well hunger has set in....which means I'm healing well. I had eggs today with shredded cheese. I've movef on to more than 2oz. ...but still tolerating food well. WOW was it good. I been approved to have very well cooked veggies and very well cooked baked fish. Your weight drop seems to be going well. Keep up the hard work...the work is the mental part and I think you got it undercontrol. Hope you have a good weekend.

I'm 6 days postop and I lost 8.5 lbs with a total of 18.5 since low carb diet. :thumbup:My doc has me on a very strict food plan of what to eat. I'm eating 1 -2oz servings, 40-70g prot per day and 64 oz of liquid. Till my 2 week check up I follow his diet and then back to low carb diet. Tomorrow I can have mashed potatoes and Thursday is scrambled eggs. I was really "tight" today. Still sore but when I eat i get so full. Its the craziest thing. As for losing weight....as long as I lose my 5 - 10 lbs pre-op I was happy. Just focus on the minimal lose needed and let the band do the rest. I'm happy to have you on this journey with me. Hope you're well.

Feeling good. Still sore at the port site. Good news is that I'm not hungry. Its very weird. Yesterday I had a protein shake for breakfast, a half of a banana for lunch, a protein shake for dinner and a half of a sugar free pudding for dessert. I was starving with the pre-op diet and now post op I can't even eat that much. did you have to start the pre-op diet again yet? Hang in there....its very worth it!!

Hey everybody....don't forget to take those before pics. I took some from the front, back, and side. Actually, I did it when I was very hungry on clear liquids....pic help me motivate myself again. I took 2 sets of pics ...1) bra and panties (for my own eyes) and 2) sport bra and workout capri (for the world to see).
