I also had my first fill today too, didn't hurt at all, and he found it right away, he put 2ccs in, and he said he sucked out some air too, I did feel that pressure through the tube.. felt kinda weird. Taking liquids fine, I feel like I can eat, but I will wait til the doctor said 48 hours...

Banded March 17, since my pre op diet 2 weeks before surgery, I am down 30 pounds. I have my first fill appt on Monday. Since I started the whole program, I am down 50. I was 280 last summer, and in a 22. I am now in a 16 or 18 depending on the pants. I am now fitting into some pants that I haven't worn in like 3 years! :thumbup:

As I am sitting here, reading all the threads, I was eating one of those new Subway Egg white sandwich thingies, and I believe I have a stuck feeling for the first time... I ate it way too fast, cuz I wasn't paying attention, and I feel like it is just stuck in my esophagus!! I don't dare take a drink of anything, cuz I know the results of that.... Let time heal...lol :thumbup:

When I worked as a paramedic, I was talking to a lady during transport who it took 5 fireman to get her out of the house and down her stairs and she looked at me and said "your not skinny either". Another one said to me when I was questioning her about the rats eating at her toes and the roaches crawling out of her purse, she commented that at least "I am not fat like you are". Wow, people can really be cruel! :biggrin: -
I read this thread, and looked it up. You can purchase it at any Walgreens, in the cosmetics section. I went out and bought some today!:thumbup:

I do not have Mirena, I have the depo provera shot, and I did get my period for about a week, I hadn't had one in about 3 years, but luckily it wasn't heavy

I have yet to try that, but I will be. I also have seen that some people do "Caulirice". Which is cooked cauliflower chopped up like rice, and seasoned how you would regular rice. Or I have also seen Zuchinni julienned up like pasta.... Creativity is key! -
