That was a question i had to my surgery was the March 26th and i am short of breath to, when I talk and its really bad if i try talking and walking at the same time. I to hope this passes fast. Tammy -

Day 2 after surgery i must say i am feeling a little better and slept a little longer in between getting up to walk around the bedroom the heating pad does help with the gas pains and helps you to sleep better. I am still trying to deep breath,i hurt a little trying to do that does anyone know how long it will take for the gas and breathing to get back to normal? and its been hard just trying to get my liquids in I get to start drinking on the protein drinks today. -
I am officially a March Bandster. Banded yesterday morning. tossed and turned last night. no pain the gas is starting to kick in thou. i feel better walking and standing than sitting so when it starts bothering me I walk. The surgery went well My Doctor was great he came to see 2 or 3 times before surgery and was very nice and caring his name is doctor Patrick Domskowsi in Sebastian Florida I had a hernia and he repaired it to Thank you Jesus because hernias just case for another surgery on down the road. after surgery i was very nauseated but didn't vomit. they was starting to think i was going to be spending the night but with a few of my prayer worriers the Lord gave me a quick turn around and i was sent home. I got to shower and I'm feeling good. eating a little sugar free jello watered down juice and water and had some coffee this morning not really hungry.as of today down 19 pounds. post more as i go. 60 Day Liquid Diet - Countdown

I'm on day 15 of my liquid diet, I have lived on protein shakes and sugar free Jello and sugar-fat free puddings water and chicken broth. I have lost 18 pounds. my surgery is in the morning I have to be at the hospital at 8:00 am and I'm feeling NERVOUS :Banane20:. My husband gave me my shot of lovenox blood thinner in the belly this morning as I was instructed. and i can only have sips of liquid after 12 tonight up to 7:00 in the morning. But i am ready. the liquid diet is hard but it gets easier and you will lose some weight to while you are on it so good luck and hang in there we all will make it.:Banane20: -

PRAISE GOD I've been cleared for surgery Friday March the 26th. I developed a cold with congestion last week and just finished a 5 day antibiotic. I still have a little cough and just a little congestion first thing in the morning but feel great and ready for my band i have lost 18 pounds on the liquid diet so far. :thumbup: -

Hello Everyone, My name is Tammy and my surgery date is March 26. I'm starting to get nervous now and I have devolped a cold with congestion the doctor put me on anibotics for 5 days and if i'm not feeling better by wednesday my surgery will have to be postponed. I have been on a liquid diet sense March the 11th and lost 13 pounds so far. I have been trying to get this surgery sense Jan seems like a lot of stuff hindering it. But i'm excited and just so ready to get to phase 2 after surgery.:laugh: -
