I had surgery in November of 2004. I weighed 298 lbs. I have had a steady weight loss. My low is 185 and a size 16. I was actually wearing some 14s. In the past year, I have gained some weight because I have developed some very bad habits. I am hoping that by becoming a member of this forum, I can regain the motivation to start going in the other direction. I do not regret having surgery. It was the best thing I could have done for myself. However, I do need a "rebirth."
