After two years of research and thinking about it.. i had my gastric sleeve surgery on July 1 6 2011 - 5 weeks ago - in Dubai where I live.

its been a journey but im now back to hectic work and life schedule and think less about it.. ive lost around 7-8 kgs and have another 25 kgs to loose. it does feel good to loose knowing i wont put it back on again. i am concerned about loose skin and considering plastic surgery in a year, but hoping to minimize the overall need wtih weight training, toning and excercising.
