I have been overweight since my 20's and since I had children I have gained 50 pounds. I don't like to exercise and have proven to myself that when food is concerned I have very little self control. Getting the lap band has been a goal of mine for ten years and I have done research during that entire time. I have lost 32 pounds and am almost to my half way point in less than four months.
