    Reached your personal goal???

i am gonna attempt to post and insert pics. i was 202 at the surgery day(sept 19,2006) today i am 130 with only 12 lbs left to lose.i have alot of skin to be removed which will be the most of the remaining weight i have left to shed. has anyone begun to reconstruct and if so, any suggestions or things to ask the dr when i go for my consult?:whoo:i was banded by dr rumbaut in monterrey mexico and had a wonderful life changing experience there. i highly recommend him. anyone else banded by rumbaut? are you going to the 1st annual get together with him in houston?

    Fills and CCs Question

you are losing weight which is a good thing. it took me several fills to feel restricted ,now i am filled with 4 cc's . dont give up,think positively. reward yourself with a new shirt or pair of shoes instead of food . that will be a good incintive for you. it will all come together once you feel the rewards of the band.

    Fills and CCs Question

i hear ya. until my last fill i was able to ea a sandwich with no problem.... a 6 inch from subway at that! now i can eat almost a half if i toast the bread. dont want to try untoasted bread. i also enjoy a cracker with chicken or tuna on it. i can also eat a thin slice of pizza once its cooled so the cheese is chewable. it isnt enough to make me not lose, but i am sure to eat the one that is veggie. :bananapartyhat:

    Fills and CCs Question

im sure mine is the small inamed band as well... 4cc is the max fill from what i understand. i have several friends banded and they all throw up... i was like when will i throw up? but it happened after the last fill. i try to eat alot of meat. its satisfying if you can chew itup enough to digest. i learned to take each bite slowly , but i still shovel if i dont pay attention... and thats when i threw up! lol who did your surgery? i went to rumbaut in mexico.
