    oh...wow a day before my date.....its coming so fast.....I start me two week liquid diet on the 10th.....meaning 4 shakes a day (boost) and water! ...OH MY.... good luck and keep in touch!

    Hi Darkangel...my surgery date is mar 23!i started an atkins diet this week prior to my 2 week protein flds pre-op to make the carb withdrawl easier for me. i start pre-op on tue 9th. good luck to u.keep us posted.

    i've waited so long...5 years and the day is almost here .I start my protein liquid 2 wks pre-op on tues the 9th.My surgery is scheduled for march 23.I'm so happy and excited.
