I went to the doctor today ( mom though incisions were infected. there not!) anyways the doctor told me to go back to chicken broth that the protien shakes were still to thick for me. Also to drink hot liqiuds instead of cold ones. -

Im a little tight around the incisions and they are becoming VERY ichy! I have the flinstone chewables maybe I should take those since they have the protien in them. Overall I'm doing good be laying around my moms house were it is less likely for me to get hurt! ( I have five dogs at home) Im going to have to try to get in all my protien some how some way. I'm dying for an egg though :bored: . Congrats to us for starting this journey! -
