Hello, girlfriend!!! My doctor's appointment went well... at my visit I was down 23 pounds.. that includes pre-op liquid diet... 11 pounds of that was lost after surgery.. so that's pretty good... I've lost another 4 or 5 this week... haven't walked too much yet.. but will begin this week!!! I go in for my first fill on June 30th.

I think you're doing awesome! And your exercise is impressive! I'm very jealous of you! Keep me posted!
