Hey! I don't blame you for not really doing a pre opt diet before surgery considering you do have like a whole mo after the band to have a "diet" to follow! Plus its amazing that you haven't gained any weight back either....I truely believe that all this pre opt and post opt stuff is to prepare us mentally for the band so when the fill is there we don't have to fight with ourselves as much mentally on portions and everything! You have a happy mothers day as well if I don't talk to you before sunday!
