    I'm super good.... tomorro is surgery day and my clear liquids start today... so I am super excited!! Well I cheated all weekend... and I lost weight.. I figured if I wasnt losing any being good and it's my last weekend of solids for 3 weeks.. oh well... and I lost... 1.5lbs...lol :) Well wish me luck...
