as far as cheating i did some of that today even though i know its wrong i still do it ughh i hate it! anyhow its not very much like 3 small bites of pizza and a couple of fries umm how i love thoses lol anyhow i try my best how much weight have you lost in all? im looking forward to lose another 18lbs by the end of april

hi everyone im new to this lapband site well i had the lap band done on the 3rd of march and ive lost alot of weight 18lbs but now that im on regular food i have not drop any weight! but i have lost inches which is way better next wedesday i get my first fill but i wanted peoples advice on losing weight faster. also what is having your first fill like and do u lose more weight as soon as its adjusted im excited but i have so many questions lol :wub:
