Ithink we all chose this LAP-BAND® because it is a slower and safer way to help lose weight. We should never feel ashamed. We all made the first move to do something about our weight by having surgery. I feel alot better today and can finally eat and keep food down. It has been 3 days since my first fill. I feel good. Good luck everyone on your weight loss journey.

Wow these stories are so helpful. I just got my first fill and I'm very sick. It seems like I am either too restricted or have no restriction at all. I haven't lost but maybe 5lbs. since my surgery. I don't know what to do.

I too just had my first fill! I only lost 5 lbs. so far. My surgery was on 2-2-10. I really had no restriction the last 3 wks. Now I can't seem to keep anything down. It seems it is either no rescriction or to much! I don't know what to do!:smile2:
