Well today was my 3 month post op date and I had to admit, it's been a wild ride worth taken. I'm at 420 pounds now "total of 78 pounds" I have seen the weight lost drop quickly and then I've also seen the long stalls. Through it all I know that this journey will carry on. I've have not stuck to everything my Nut advises, but I have made a countless effort to do so each and every day. The hardest thing is not to weight myself everyday or every other day. The times the scale wasn't so friendly, were the times I was getting the most complements and also seeing my cloths begin to fall off me. Well I'm thankful and grateful for the results thus far, but know it's only the beginning. Keep me in your prayers and I'll do the same.

Glad to hear your sunny personality!!!! I'm the same way. When I'm not losing I kinda hibernate, but what has helped my attitude is to remember not to compare my weight loss with those who lose like crazy! When I looked at that I saw I was comparing myself with people who are almost half my age! I've been losing really slllooowww, but I already had diabetes, htn, and age against me. I have also started working out which is helping me with energy & attitude too! Glad to hear from you my friend, keep shining sweet friend!!!

Well thanks for sending the luv my way Lord knows i needed it. I lost the 1st 59 pounds in the 1st month but the second mth has been ruff. I've was at a stall for the last 3.5 weeks but know since I've up my protein intake & started working out and walking/bike riding it seems to be coming off again. I Really fill like 10 Million Buck's energy wise, my wife cant keep up. I have to keep remembering that her stomach still want to eat all the time and mine dont. It's funny just how often you see people eating. WOW just to think just over 2 months ago that was me out eating them.
