Hi Everyone, I have to get this weightloss thing going again. So I've decided to do the pre-opt diet. Even though I go for my 3rd fill on 7/31 (who knows what will happen). I haven't had a fill since August 1, 2007. So I must say that I've done pretty good! Okay today is my 1st day of liquids: SF Jello Better Than Boullion broth Protein Shake Be blessed!

Or should I say surprise, surprise. I went on 7/17 for my 3rd fill and after arriving I was told that Dr. T was running late and that he will be in around 1pm. Well my appointment was at 10:15 so I decided to stay. Well after waitin two hours I was told that he wasn't coming in at all!! So they rescheduled my fill for 7/31, I was so mad! So hopefully nothing will interfere next week! I need a fill bad!!! Be blessed!
