Hii am pretty nervous to write on here, but I need to talk to people that are going through what I am. I had my lapband done before New Years 2010. So far I have lost 20 pounds. I guess I feel frustrated. I want to lose more. I want to really feel the difference, you know? Sometimes I do feel full, other times I can't believe what I just ate. Its so frustrating, its like I need more control to stop.
