I just binged so bad last week that I'm not able to eat so much now. I go through those "cycles". Excited that I'm getting banded and receiving therapy for my addictive tendencies! -

Thanks guys! I can't wait to be even close to 200 lbs! I really appreciate the tips and do like carnation instant breakfast and was Protein powder/shakes. I hope it'll be better than I think. Today and tomorrow then it's down to the bizness! Lol! I'm excited about being tall and slender! Goodluck to the two of u and thanks for your comments. Keep on touch!!! -

Hello! I am getting banded on Feb 1st!!! I can't WAIT!!! I have been waiting for 3 months, got approved and date set yesterday!!! Good luck to you! I'm REALLY scared about doing the liquid diet starting this coming Tuesday (for two weeks) but it's the LAST DIET I WILL EVER BE ON!!! WOO HOO! -
