Ifeeney

In the last 5 years, I had two babies and gained between 70-80 pounds.   I had a horomone disbalance and I just can't seem to get back to my regular weight.  I feel depressed that I can't be the person I use to be.  I have no control over my obesity.  I have gone through 3 moves and my husband lost his job and all these changes have been very stressful.   By using all my energy to keep my family afloat and positive, I have let go of myself and used food as a crutch.  I think the term is "emotional eater."   I never wanted to do the surgery because I thought I would be able to get back on my own, but at this point in my life, I am tired of it affecting everything I do.  I NEED HELP!   I want to enjoy my girls, I want to enjoy my marriage and I want to enjoy future vacations and activities like I use to once before.
