hi claire,i will measure myself i have some old measurements to go by so must do that,as for the after 5 oclock eating,no i can now eat lunch and my appetite is comming back again,so thinking should i have got a fill a couple of weeks ago whe they were here,they are doing a clinic in dec but that's too close to christmas so think i will just eat and wait till jan lol,are clinic is always empty we can just turn up so it's not too bad hope your doing well hun take care:P

sammy your motivation will come in time hun i know it's hard with two little ones my youngest and last little one has just started nursery so i have a bit more free time,i did buy a tread mill and hardley used it lol and a excercise bike and after all that i take my two dogs on a two mile walk each day and go to a spinning class,daft arn't i lol,how is your weight loss going hun

i know what you mean about waiting i had to wait 7 weeks for my first fill,i was pissed off lol,your second fill will help you but it can sometimes take the third fill were you can really feel it working,you will just have to try and eat sensible lol,i know it's very hard:lol:

three weeks is a short time to get a fill hun it's normally 4,but anyway no you dont feel any restriction with your first fill hun it just fills the band for your next fill which starts to tighten it im on my second fill and have 5.5ml in and i can feel mine starting to work,i only eat once a day i dont count calories just try and eat protein first then ya veggies and carbs last good luck

also freddy told us to suck an ice cube if we get like that

that's good freckles,it's prob cause she is a bit more relaxed as well but as she knows from you and your other daughter that it will soon be back off,lynda had her second fill yesterday,i was meant to get my third fill but i feel ok and think i will last until after xmas,i dont want an uncomfortable christmas he he:tt2:

hi sara and welcome,isin't it great to get encouregement from this site,i too after reading this site booked my band and so pleased i did,as you say you get to know the people writing in and you feel as if you know exactly what is going to happen cause nothing is left out good and bad,if there is anything you need to know hun just ask as they are all fab xxx:thumbup:

i think my second fill was great i only eat normally once a day but the scales have stayed the same,but i think im losing inches instead of weight at the min how you going:thumbup:

hi clare your doing great,i would wait untill after xmas for your fill hun otherwise you might end up being sick all the time it's just not worth it hun,i have 5.5ml in and i cant eat in the day i just have shakes and then i can manage my evening meal and a bit of choc lol im gonna get my next one in jan,im so pleased im never sick well up till now xx:lol:

sher i think you should really feel the 5.5 fill now i cant eat until 5 oclock and then it is small so i just drink coffee and water all day and maybe a yoghurt i dont mind hardley eating until i achieve my weightloss hope this one works for you hun let me know how you get on x:thumbup:

how is your daughter now freckles,and i hope rosie cheeks and daisy are ok,lemma my weight loss was slow i lost 14lb for weeks as well but when i got second fill it started moving again so maybe when you get next fill it will help dont know about shoulder pain hun i never had it but hopw you sort it out:blink:

hi laila i dont think frederik would have put the extra in chris deprez said he would put as much in as he could i was so pleased the other girl i was talking to there could only fit the 2ml she wasnt pleased as she wanted the 2.5 lol,i hope is chris deprez next time i go lol xx:thumbup:

just so you now it wasnt frederik who gave me the 2.5 fill it was chis deprez he is lovley and explains everything he said he would give me what he could get in lol

hi sher hun chin up and you too laila,i got 2.5 my second fill and it has really made a difference so sher if you get another l or 1.5ml next time you will feel it hun and your next fill you will to laila,i think its helped me walking my dogs everyday for about 40 mins,but so far so good :thumbup:

cakey i would deffo recommend dr chris,he can deal with almost anything he is a general surgeon anyway hun you will be fine,i was so pleased my brother in law boss landed his helecopter in our garden for funeral on saturday and were talking money bags here,he told me his wife,brother and himself are all going to dr chris for lapband so he must be good lol this guy checks everyone out so it made me feel even better about my choice for surgery,he is an excellent surgeon go for it hun you have nothing to loose except weight xx:tt2:
