Diane, I know the feeling....why do we do this to ourselves?!!! I happen to be someone who grazes. Mind you, my home is stocked with healthy food. It's the junk that people bring to work that gets me. Yesterday I had a piece of cake for breakfast, some frosting midmorning and a piece of cake for lunch. Yes, I brought healthy food to eat but it didn't find its way out of the fridge.
Down one pound for me, I think. I'm at 171 this week. Seems like all of this running in the heat would help...but I know the snacking is just plain bad.
