i am on day 8 of my two week diet. i can have two protein shakes and one serving of soup. but i can supplement with cottage cheese, jello, pudding. going ok but i am hungry. -

well i started my preop diet on sat 10-23. it is going ok. so far so good. surgery is 11-8. more excited each day. -

pregnant with the band

my daughter is pregnant with lap band. she is going to a ob doc that also was banded. doc is watching her and if a problem with gaining weight she just takes out her fill. she is doing well 4month pregnant. good luck. ask your band doc to recomend a ob gyn that has worked with banded patients. -

i am local to that area. i hear there are great docs to do the procedure. i think that takes some of the fear away for me. i am afraid but i am more afraid of not getting it done. i know i am only bidding my time until my health goes seriously down hill. i feel like it is a choice i have to make. good luck -
