After many years of trying so many diets, help form the doctors with medication which gave me very bad side effects, it has come to a time that I need help.  I can successfully loose weight but I just can't keep it off.  Weight Watchers in England costs nearly £20 a month and if you add that over the years it works out to be a lot of money if you slip.  I am looking forward to being a lot fitter and slimmer by the time my baby is a toddler and not struggling to get off the floor as I do now.
