Hey, I saw Snyder did your surgery. He did mine as well, Congratulations. How are you feeling ? He banded me 4 months ago on Feb 23 ~ I am down 53 pounds and loving it. Hope you are doing well !

Great news about the fill and awesome on losing the 5 pounds! I was starving all week too. I ate a whole bag of brownies. lol. Self sabbotaging, I guess ! You will reach the goal of 169 for your reunion ! My family reunion is July 17th, I am at 216 and want to be at 200 by then... I know that is asking ALOT , but I will try...I would at least like to be at 210...that is WAY do-able. I have my next fill on the 7th

My weight loss is going good, I am 4 months out and have lost 52 pounds, my goal is 98 pounds, so I have 46 more to go. I have hit a plateau for the last 2 weeks which sucks, but I am maintaining and not gaining, so that is good ! I probably just need to change things up in the gym. WHat about you ? How is your weight loss going ?

I am amazed at your transformation...you look like a new person. Keep it up ! You have done great ! I can not believe you reached goal at 9 months. I only hope to be so lucky. I am 4 months out and down 55 pounds, my goal is to be down 100 pounds

That is great !Keep up the good work !!! Do you live in the Denver area ? I do...Dr. Snyder did my surgery. I was banded in Feb-this year. I also have a daughter who was born in July 09...she will be 1 on the 1st !! YAY ! When is your daughter b-day ?!?!?
