hi i just had the banding in march. i'm down 45.i felt just like you did. there are some things a cannot eat to.i did get depressesd.i have 3 kids and run a business i'm on the run all the time i joined a gym and try to go as much as a can.it will pass . talking about to people that have this done is very helpful. you now i eat eggs or oatmeal or breakfast bars or even yoguart. lunch meat or even cottage cheese .snack cheese or nuts.dinnermeat ,beans,cottage cheese. and if i want to treat myself i do.the fills donot hurt.i really have liked this .its a nice slow weight lose but i know that i can keep it off doing the right way. anymore ,email me.ksl3hair
