thank you for the menu sample. I think I am right in there. I am choosing at this time to not eat sweets and eating plenty of protein instead. Maybe being 57 it will take me longer to increase my metabolism and hope to be able to walk more with less stress on my knee. I am also, when possible, eating organic, whole grain, nonprocessed foods. I must admit the chick strips were breaded (darn!).
