I am not sure how to do this..First time... I had my Band done Sept 5th 2006, at the Northwest Weight loss Surgery Center in Everett Wa. I am not sure what to eat now, I always seem to be hungry. I am anxious to have the fill.. Any suggestions how what toeat so I feel full? Or what not to eat? Thank you:hungry:
