I eat Tacos ALL THE TIME! It was my favourite food before surgery.... so it is perfect! The hard shells are amazing!

I had a fat free yogurt and now a liquid Protein drink! Now I will drink lots of Water all the way to lunch time! I keep on under estimating the power of water, and I am really trying to step it up! It curbs my hunger and keeps me on track! -

Yes, I burp all the time! I never used to burp and now I could possible belch the alphabet.. Sometimes I have to get up in the middle of the night bc I can feel the air in my stomach.. never fun -

Hello Everyone! I am getting banded at the Obesity Control Centre in Tijuina Mexico by Dr. Ortiz. I am very excited and nervous. I just feel like its so surreal. I have wanted this for so long and now it is finally happening! -
