  1. My pain after the surgery wasn't bad really...What sucked was the pain from the "trapped gas" That lasted about 10days or so. It happens becasue they blow your stomach up before surgery so they can see for the surgery. The gas eventually works its way out.. (ha ha) You just have to get up and walk, and take gas-x strips.

     

    I went back to work 1 week later, and yes I worked during the Liquid phase, but it wasnt hard, because I was eating creamy soups, jello, pudding, popsicles. Its not like your stuck with broth. :-)
