Sweet Change

Aww thank you ..I feel like I am doing good..but cant work out near as much as I would like to..my husband is not encouraging at all..so this has been a struggle from the beginning ...but I will do it with or without his "permission" he just makes it hard... I know what you mean about getting to the maintenance phase.. I have 55 more to go till my goal... yay...and you look great already!! Keep it up and good luck on your fill!

I know..I just got adjusted about a week ago and already want to have more put in lol..I dont want to over do it though so I guess for now I will just be patient lol.. I had my surgery on 3/15/10 and have lost 45 lbs so far..so I guess thats pretty good..right?

LOL Thanks ...YOU look great as well!! I am about 40 lbs down since march 15th...I get a fill on the 11th of this month because I feel like I am kinda stuck and cant loose anymore ya know? Hmm my lunches now... I love chicken salad's ..mmmm....I had a week or two where I made my lunch like lunchables lol...

I am doing good right now..working out and eating healthier and on top of that having a very small appitite so its so far so good One adjustment and I feel good..and still losing slowly..Dont want to get to the point of not being able to eat or drink ya know?

I am due back in the Dr at the end of the month..but after having my first fill and still loosing slowly but surely I kind of dont even want another adjustment because It feels comfortable and not to the point of starving ya know? Thanks for your comment
