I have an adjustment tomorrow..I now weigh 200LBS..and have for weeks..I want to be in ONEDERLAND also lol...sooo frustrating lol you look great though..and I love before and after shots..they show so much progress!

I think I might go in a week or so sooner, I feel I can eat more..I work out at least 3 times a week and hard.. I just joined Roller Derby a few weeks ago and man what a work out lol..anyways..some days I feel I can eat the right amount and others (like today) I feel like I ate so much ...which its really not a lot..its just more than I normally do ya know?

Thanks ...I was in a "normal" amount of pain for just having surgery..I could walk around fine..they encourage it actually..and I had some pain meds but when i went home the next day I stopped taking them..I was able to start walking and stuff after the first 2 weeks..but everyone is different you will be fine! UGH...I hit a wall and I cant loose anymore..I have another adjustment in a month..maybe I should go in earlier than that?

Hey looking great! I was banded 3/15/10 and have lost 48 lbs..feeling great..Im down in Corpus Christi, TX.. Keep up the great work!
