I am interested in the Lap Band but am still trying to get it to go through insurance. Just wondering how often insurance pays for it with my weight, 259 lbs my BMI is 42. I really want the band because I so desperately need to lose this weight. I want to be around in the long run for my kids and not have to sit on all the sidelines.
